2021 Estate Chardonnay
The Chardonnay was hand harvested and whole-cluster pressed, then fermented and aged in a Nomblot concrete egg-shaped tank (25%), a combination of new and used French Oak barrels (40%) and stainless steel (35%).
Our 2021 Chardonnay is the third release of our Riverview Vineyard Estate grown Chardonnay.
Initial aromas of peach and lemon zest with a hint of jack fruit and jasmine. Medium bodied flavors are balanced with notes of crème brulee, wet fint, and toasted butter. The finish lingers with notes of citrus peel.
