2021 Estate Roussanne
Our Roussanne was harvested on September 9th, 2021 and whole-cluster pressed, then fermented and aged in a Nomblot concrete egg-shaped tank (23%), new French Oak barrels (29%) and stainless steel (48%).
The 2021 Roussanne is the third release of our Riverview Vineyard Estate grown Roussanne.
Bright aromas of lemon grass and toasted brioche with hints of chamomile and green mango. This full-bodied wine has flavors of white peach, meyer lemon, and nasturtium (herbaceous flowering plant) with a round finish.
