The Concentric Wine Project is an outlet for creative experimentation in the cellar.  All winemaking is based around a goal of nothing added, nothing taken away, as close to naturally fermented grape juice as possible.  Serious experiments.  Fun wines.

The 2022 Roussanne is the fourth release of our Riverview Vineyard Estate grown Roussanne. Our Roussanne was harvested on September 16th, 2022 and whole-cluster pressed, then fermented in both new French oak puncheons as well as a Concrete egg. Blended before bottling for a complex wine with both oak and concrete mouthfeel and texture complexity.

The 2021 Tribute – Red Wine is a Merlot dominant blend, with the balance being Caberent Sauvignon and Syrah.  The small amount of Syrah provides dark ripe fruit aromas and flavors, while the Cabernet Sauvignon deepens the structure and richness to the wine.

Our Carménère is exclusively fermented in small, open-top French oak wine barrels, allowing for seamless oak tannin integration through the entire winemaking and barrel aging process. 

Our 2021 Estate Malbec is an exquisite balance of fruit and oak.  Malbec varietal character drives this wine.

In 2021 we produced less than 100 cases of our Estate Merlot, the finished wine reflects the timeless phrase "quality over quantity" -- the wine has a youthful freshness, the nose and palate have a range of barrel and fruit notes including toasted oak, cocoa powder, and red fruits like plum and cherry, while finishing with dark chocolate.

That one barrel is then bottled on its own, meaning only 25 cases of each of these varietals are produced. Our 2019 Barrel Select wines showcase the purity and signature characteristics of each Fielding Hills varietal. One vineyard, one variety, one barrel and one vintage with pinpoint purity and razor-sharp exactness.
