The name says it all… summer in a bottle. It's sitting in nature, a grill sizzling nearby, the sound of laughter meeting golden hour hues, and notes of watermelon jolly rancher and honeysuckle welcoming you with each sip. Only 90 cases produced.

Made from Lake Chelan fruit, perfect for sipping on Lake Chelan... or any body of water. Crisp, light, with a perfect summer zip. Only 40 cases produced.

Our 2025 Chenin Blanc is clean and crisp, with mouthwatering acidity. The perfect first glass of wine to start your evening. 

Like 70s yacht rock, this wine is all high fidelity. It is clean, expressive, and effortlessly cool.

As one of our three original varietals from 2000, Cabernet Sauvignon is a stalwart of Fielding Hills. It carries the energy of a bustling steakhouse, full of laughter, clinking glasses, and every course a reason to linger a little longer.
