Winemaker Dinner at WGCC
The menu includes a welcome course paired with the 2021 Tribute, a wedge salad with heirloom tomatoes and the 2021 Merlot. For the main course a pepper crusted tenderloin with a mushroom demi glace, au gratin potatoes and fall vegetables served with the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon and the 2021 Syrah. Desert is a chocolate lava cake served with the 2021 Malbec.
This event is a four course dinner with founding winemaker Mike Wade and his wife Karen. Guests will enjoy the evening with great food paired with the 2021 vintage.
