Fall Allocation (end of August):

• Six newly released red wines, hand selected by our winemaking team. 

• A typical allocation may include:

  • 1 – Cabernet Sauvignon

  • Average Retail Price- $266.00
    Club Member Price - $200.00 + tax/shipping when requested
    Average discount per allocation ~25%

Terms and Conditions - Upon joining you agree to the following:

• You will receive and be charged for your first allocation upon joining. 

• Club Membership is for a minimum of 2 allocation cycles. Membership to our clubs are independent of each other. Allotments are released in March and August.  Should you choose to cancel prior to receiving your 2nd allocation, you will be charged a $50 administration fee.

• Your credit card will be charged annually on the last Monday in March and last Monday in August for your current allotment. 

• If you request to pick up your allotment, we will hold your wine for 90 calendar days from the time your credit card is charged. If your wine is not picked up within 90 days we are unable to guarantee inventory. If allocation wines are sold out, a credit may be applied to your account. 

  • Members who would like to have their wines picked up by friends or family must provide Fielding Hills Winery with the name of the individual in writing or via email. 

• Complimentary tastings are limited annually to a total of 10 without bottle purchase. Tastings are for the wine club member and one other guest per visit; not to exceed 2 per visit.

• Changes to accounts (shipping vs pick up or address updates) must be made prior to the member’s  credit card being charged (last Monday in March and last Monday in August). Any changes made except credit card updates after cards have been charged and/or shipping labels printed will incur $10 change fee.

• Memberships cannot be shared and are non transferable. For a member to receive their benefits at our facility, they must be present at the time of the transaction.
