2024 Concentric Wine Project - Two Glaciers
The Concentric Wine Project is an outlet for creative experimentation in the cellar. All winemaking is based around a goal of nothing added, nothing taken away, as close to naturally fermented grape juice as possible. Serious experiments. Fun wines.
A light, zippy and fresh red wine of two uncommon blending partners...a Spanish red variety with an Italian variety. A co-fermented "Field Blend" with a yeast that is typically used for Rosé wine production to produce light and fruity notes on the nose and palate. Serve and enjoy chilled.
Production notes
Femented in a 1 ton box fermenter. Hand PD's 2 times daily. Aged in a once filled Leroi puncheon that provides some barrel notes of vanilla and maple syrah. Aged for 8 months before bottling.
