2022 Estate Chardonnay
The Chardonnay was hand harvested and whole-cluster pressed, then fermented in both new French and neutral oak, as well as a Concrete egg. Blended before bottling for a complex wine with both oak and concrete mouthfeel and texture complexity.
Our 2022 Chardonnay is the fourth release of our Riverview Vineyard Estate grown Chardonnay.
The wine has initial aromas of toasted sesame seeds. It is medium bodied and flavors are balanced with notes of crème brulee, wet flint, and toasted butter. The finish lingers with notes of citrus peel.
