2023 Estate Riverbend Rosé
Fielding Hills Winery has produced this dry and crisp Cabernet Franc Rosé since 2014. All fruit is sourced from our Estate Riverbend Vineyard. We have dedicated 5 rows (0.4 acres) of our Cabernet Franc for Rosé wine production, where we intentionally farm the grapes to be made into our Riverbend Rosé.
Vibrant pale-salmon in color with inviting aromas of white peach. Crisp notes of crenshaw melon dance along the mid palate, transitioning to a vibrant finish of ripe strawberries, tart cherry, and sweetened rhubarb.
The Riverbend Rosé was hand harvested and transported to the winery for immediate pressing. Fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel at a constant 60F to help retain the fresh fruit flavors and aromas.
