2025 Concentric Wine Project Summer in a Bottle: Malbec Rosé
The Concentric Wine Project is an outlet for creative experimentation in the cellar. All winemaking is based around a goal of nothing added, nothing taken away, as close to naturally fermented grape juice as possible. Serious experiments. Fun wines.
The name says it all… summer in a bottle. It's sitting in nature, a grill sizzling nearby, the sound of laughter meeting golden hour hues, and notes of watermelon jolly rancher and honeysuckle welcoming you with each sip. Only 90 cases produced.
Tasting notes
The name says it all… summer in a bottle. It's sitting in nature, a grill sizzling nearby, the sound of laughter meeting golden hour hues, and notes of watermelon jolly rancher and honeysuckle welcoming you with each sip. The wine begins with light floral notes and ends with structured, zippy finale. Much like a fourth of July fireworks show. It truly is, summer in a bottle.
Production notes
